Pastor Carl Baisie-Essel is a devoted servant of God, called to know Christ and make Him known. With a multifaceted ministry, he serves as an associate pastor at the Fountain of Glory Assemblies of God in Ghana. He is also the director of the Christalive Institute of Christian Leadership (CICL) and president of Christalive Outreach Ministries, a youth outreach ministry dedicated to touching and blessing lives.

A prolific author, Pastor Carl has penned several books, including "Arise and Excel", "Last or Love", and the "Spirit Field Devotional: God's Daily Touch". He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, as well as a Diploma in Theology from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS), Ghana. He has also earned a Master of Arts degree in Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon, Ghana, and is currently pursuing a Master of Theology program at the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture.
